This course covers 9 core modules, balancing both theory and practical application:

Fundamentals of Singing Bowls: Explore their historical background, acoustic principles, and selection methods.

Self-Healing Techniques: Learn how to use the sound of singing bowls to relieve stress and achieve inner balance.

Scientific Testing Methods: Use scientific and objective methods to test and assess the frequency and quality of singing bowls.

Breathwork Integration: Master various breathing techniques that complement singing bowls to double the healing effects.

Singing Bowl Massage Techniques: Learn how to place singing bowls on specific parts of the body for acoustic vibration massage.

Yoga Nidra & Sound Baths: Deeply restore sleep quality and learn how to design a soul-cleansing Sound Bath.

Integration with Stretching: Combine physical stretching with singing bowl resonance to relieve muscle and meridian tension.
